Asset Advisory
Pledged asset loans allow you to finance 100% of the purchase
price of your home without selling or liquidating assets in
your investment portfolio. There is no requirement for a down
payment as the home and a percentage of the value of your
investment account is used as collateral. Pledged asset loans
can also be used to refinance an existing property and convert
existing home equity to cash for investment or other purposes.

Private Equity Financing
A private money loan or “hard money” is financed
by a private lender and is used for either residential or
commercial real estate transactions. Most of the lending criteria
is based on the property’s loan to value (LTV), with
little consideration given to the borrowers credit score or
payment history. Due to the significant amount of risk that
private money lenders assume, the interest rates on private
money loans can be more than double the standard interest
rate. Through our network of private investors, we are able
to provide private money loans for commercial, residential
and land transactions nationwide. Residential highlights include:
